Orders and prices

All prices are in South African rand and include free delivery within South Africa. When you submit an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm your details with you and receive payment. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, and will refund any payment made.

Payment

We send you a secure payment link to pay by card. We do not store your card details.

Delivery

See our Delivery and returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation, returns and defects

Your rights to cancel within 7 days and to have defective goods repaired, replaced or refunded are set out on the Delivery and returns page. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Product information

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Items shown with a product (such as a bottle, phone or keys) are not included unless the description says so.
