Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. The cost is included in the price you see.

• After you order, we contact you to confirm your address and delivery details, then send a secure payment link.
• We dispatch once payment is received.
• You will receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
• Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the delivery address.

Your right to cancel (7 days)

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, you may cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days after you receive the goods. To cancel, contact us at theanalyst1334@gmail.com. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition. You carry the cost of returning the goods. We refund the amount you paid within 30 days of the cancellation.

Faulty or defective goods

Under the Consumer Protection Act, if goods are defective or not fit for their purpose you may, within 6 months of delivery, ask us to repair, replace or refund them. Contact us with your order reference and a photo of the problem and we will sort it out.

Compatibility

Magnetic products attach to steel only. A product that does not stick to aluminium, plastic or wood is working as described and is not a defect.
