Yebo Picks (Yebo Picks) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We are the responsible party for the information described below.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order.
- Your order details (product, quantity, price) and payment status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
- Basic information about how you reached our site (for example the platform you came from).
Why we collect it
- To process, deliver and support your order.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- To send you updates and offers, but only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with those who help us fulfil your order: our payment provider, couriers, and our suppliers where needed to deliver. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing theanalyst1334@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
